My friend had a brain aneurysm / AVM in June of 2012. To say he was treated poorly is an understatement.

1) The ER doc told his wife that he had overdosed on cocaine. The man doesn't do drugs. Lab results showed NO DRUGS !!

What kind of idiots are they hiring?

2) 5 days after he semi came out of his coma, they deemed him medically stable enough to move to a skilled nursing facility, where he ended up with MRSA, level 3 bedsores, and pneumonia. He as admitted to the ER because of his breathing, the ER dr. shoots him with potassium and causes him to go into cardiac arrest. He's was only 43 at the time of all this.

3) His wife was told, they had a "ford policy" as opposed to a "Mercedes policy". WTF does that mean? Isn't everyone entitled to the best health care?

4) Even though they have insurance, the Social Worker said they should apply for medi-cal. WTF?? They have insurance !!!

5) Denial is their game. They deny benefits like therapy, until they get caught, deny, blame, deflect.

Their commercials shouldn't be "Live well and thrive", they should be "Hurry up and die"

I got diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2008. I have seen my hematologist exactly 0 times in the last 4 years.

If I try to use a different cancer center, they block treatment either through payment refusal or lousy referrals that donโ€™t cover basics like blood draws. All in all these people have cheated me out of my savings, lifestyle and peace of mind.

Donโ€™t ever use these people if your condition is complex or life threatening. You will be let down.

Totally Agree with everything said above!! Lies, cover ups , falsifying documents,- yes this all happens at Kaiser.

I have proof!

Itโ€™s so sad. Very poor quality care at most locations.
