I can not call a human being and order a refill of a prescription! This is asinine! Asinine is not a bad or offensive word. It may be offensive if it applies to you customer service. I hate Kaiser. Don't make people push 50 buttons to reorder, take a 30 second phone call. It won't cost you much, you pay your non medical staff poorly. Hawaii Kaiser internal medicine Doctor Eric Chow, I would like complain about his unpleasant behavior. He was my internal medicine Doctor. I continue to have issues with Kaiser, and how much disregard they have for their patients. They don,t listen, they don,t want to solve the problem, they just right a prescrition, everyone cannot take some of the high powered medicine they prescribe. I have to say that I have been a satisfied client with Kaiser since 14 years. Being self-employed, I paid my dues, was insured, no problems. But since the health care reform I am having more hassles every year. Last year I spent about 50 hours on the phone, because I dared to change my plan. But that was nothing ! This year is really bad. Kaiser sucks.. I have to beg for care. I have a back injury and they put me on nerve medication/ depression and had so many side effects but the Dr. did not care. It has taken me 6months and over 20 appointments to get a shot in my back for my 3 bulging discs.. I will be leaving them at the end of this year..

Kaiser Permanente lacks compassion from staff and providers. I have been denied help with pain several times and I am tired of crying in pain and begging for help from these heartless bastards! I NEVER ask for pain meds unless I absolutely need them and I don't take kindly to an organization treating me like a drug addict because I am in excruciating pain. I have asked for pain medication a total of 4 times in 17 years. I keep the same doctor.... Read more

The worse experience of my life with billing. I would rather sit in the VA and wait to die then spend another minute on the phone with customer support opening like my 15th ticket. They randomly charge you then take the money out then put it back in. Apparently they had a "third party billing" issue for the last three months. There's a annoying idiotic nurse at Kaiser infusion Pleasanton that talks too *** much. I hate to have her as nurse. She's got diarrhea of the mouth. Takes twice as long to do supplement as other nursing staff.

I have a kidney stone and my Kaiser Specialist can't see me for 2 weeks. I've had this stone for 9 months and they haven't offered treatment because it's not threatening my life. I'm also enduring this with pain meds because my primary care won't prescribe them until I see a specialist. So last year I had visited the emergency room for fear that I had miscarried and I was bleeding heavily for being on birth control so under the recommendation of the nurse help line I went in. When the Doctor came in he pretty much had the nurse take blood for labs and informed me that I should have just went to my OBGYN. No exam was performed on me and a ultra sound was ordered...
