They can never seem to have specialist you have to wait for a long time the people that work there or answer the phone are so disrespectful full if they dont understand you they will hang up on you theres never a manager available. The worst of the worst

Some of my care team can't call me from remote phones. I've complained about this and a client relations person said on voicemail that the call goes right to voicemail.

I don't even see the call. Nobody will help me.

I've missed a couple phone appts because of this. Unresolved.

My Husband had an appointment and the doctor said she would be back to give him his shots and fulfill his prescription. Nobody returned back everybody in the building left on that floor.

He was only there in the room by himself with the janitor at the end of the day, my husband lost hours at work and money due to his appointment.

He paid for an appointment that they didnt even finish doing. Therefore he would have to lose all our money again to get his shots and prescription knee program manager to call me 559-776-****.

I couldnt log in my Kp to pay bill, even after I rest my password. XXXXXtttttccccczzzzztttttqqqqqwwww

45 minutes on hold. No one answers this phone.

Don't buy Kaiser if you ever want to speak with some one on the phone.

I had to get a new bank card because of fraud. I want to talk to a representative as to how I change my financial information so I can pay the bill. Its unbelievable how difficult this is!

I m pregnant l. Its my 36 week and 3 days.

I m not getting that much care which should i get. They are calling me after 15 weeks. Moreover They just did my one ultrasound in 20th week. After that no any ultrasound and not paying attention.

Everytime they change my doctor. They even not tell me any medicine from seven months they just told ni starting. I m just taking that one. Not told me that which vitamins should i take.

My due date is 29 Dec. 2023.

But they not did my ultrasound. I am not satisfied with them
