I don't know what has happened lately if it is Obamacare or what but the service has really gone to pot.It takes weeks sometimes months to get appointment.

On two occasions after waiting over a month kaiser called the day before my appointment and said that they had to cancel and I would have to reschedule which of course would have to wait 3 more weeks to see primary Doctor.

It used to be if you called at 7 the you could get in that day but no more.Have called exactly at 7, 5 different times over last month and not able to get in..

Review about: Kaiser Permanente Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customer care was awful.

Kaiser operates alot like an HMO and if you like the care you are receiving, you will really like a one-payer system like in Canada or Great Britain---long waiting times and denial of medical care unless they "think" you really need it.
