My sister was so upset trying to refill a prescription which they are having a problem with. Instead of helping their clients they have no patience in explaining what the problems are and how to do about it.

Instead they fight with the clients and use inappropriate words to the poor clients who just needs to understand the system. It was very unprofessional of them. I used to believe they are about customer service and prevention of illness. In this situation they actually failed miserably in customer service and caused more stress to the poor clients of Kaiser who may end up having anxiety and stress caused by these uncaring pharmacy staff in Tracy.

I do hope the supervisors give them some kind of training in customer service and professionalism. Further more I sure hope they discipline these people who abuse clients this way.

People can always go to other insurance companies. What a shame.
